This week we review some of what we experienced with General Conference for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. We discuss what we felt were some genreral themes from the speakers and highlighted a few that stood out most to us. One thing became clear to us in the end, put the oil in the lamps.

After learning about the nature of God, and seeing that "God is love," it led us to search what, exactly, is love? We find and discus some examples in both the scriptures and real life and how they equate to God's love. We all must strive to love one another, but that doesn't necessarily mean that we must condone or accept everything from everyone. Love is kind, but love is also harsh. A time and a season for different expressions of love.

What is the nature of God? According to what we find in scripture, it is critical to understand. We journey through the scriptures and modern revelation to try to gain a better understanding of who God is. Why He does what He does and how and where we can see examples of His nature in our own lives.
